The founder, David Recchia

David has built up his data expertise from the line of code to strategic roles.

A graduate of the École des Mines, he has held various positions in the field of data – data warehousing, data science, data governance – culminating in the role of Chief Data Officer, whilst also serving as a technical project manager at a Luxembourg-based bank.

Reveals was born out of this hands-on experience.

Throughout his assignments, David observed that, in many organisations, data issues are often reduced to technical matters, whereas in reality they play a decisive role in business steering, risk management and operational efficiency.

It was this realisation that led to his conviction :

“Data management is not just an IT issue. It is a structural lever for the entire organisation.”

This vision now guides Reveals’ approach : linking business challenges, data governance and technical implementation, in order to transform data into a genuine tool for decision-making and action.
